All appointments are prepaid in advance with stated times always based on the Eastern Time zone.
A personal Zoom link will be emailed to you for the agreed scheduled time as confirmation of appointment. Your session will be recorded using Zoom "in the cloud" audio and video files. You're also welcome to record or take notes.
NOTE: Payments are non-refundable. Please be prompt for your scheduled Zoom session as any delay will still be counted toward your time booked. If you need to reschedule your session, you *MUST* contact us via email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation. Please make sure you have the latest Zoom software downloaded prior to your session. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.
