Group Zoom Meetings for College + University Investment Clubs - 90 Minutes
This virtual event is specially designed for University and College Investment Clubs to provide in-depth cycles education and U.S. economic or stock market forecasts for a maximum of thirty-five (35) attendees per meeting.
Along with this meeting purchase, one (1) person from the investment club agrees to be the "Club Organizer". We'll review whatever the members would like to know that can be answered within the 90-minute Zoom session.
NOTE: Investment Clubs are responsible for designating one (1) member from the club (aka a "Club Organizer") to plan, organize and filter all participant contributions, purchases, scheduling, member contact, event coordination, and any advance questions for this meeting.
After purchase, the club organizer (or purchaser) will be contacted within 48 hours to coordinate/schedule a mutually agreeable time for your Zoom video conference meeting. All appointments are prepaid in advance with stated times always based on the Eastern Time zone.
A Zoom link will be emailed to the club organizer/purchaser for the IBC agreed scheduled time as confirmation of meeting appointment. The club organizer is then responsible for sending the Zoom meeting link to the entire list of club members (maximum 35 participants).
The meeting will be recorded using Zoom "in the cloud" audio/video files. Everyone attending is also welcome to record or take notes.
NOTE: Payments are non-refundable. Please be prompt for your scheduled Zoom session as any delay will still be counted toward your time booked. If a reschedule for the session is needed, the club organizer *MUST* contact us via email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
Attn: attendees should be sure to have the latest Zoom software downloaded prior to the session. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled. All purchases are processed securely through Square.
